        <description><![CDATA[<p>My external HDD does not even spin up.</p>

<p>I tried all 4 ports, Android and Ubuntu 18.04.1. My PSU provides 2.5A.</p>

<p>Exactly the same setup (HDD + PSU) works well with my Raspberry Pi 2Model B+.</p>

<p>Is an external power is the only solution?</p>

<p>Is there any max_usb_current=1 equivalent?</p>
